Through diary studies, I identified Users on GrowthSchool struggled to stay motivated, making meaningful connections, and keep track of their learning progress. This created friction in the learning experience and made it harder for users to achieve their goals.

From a business perspective, diary studies and data analysis revealed that low user engagement and course completion rates were directly impacting GrowthSchool’s growth and retention metrics. Without addressing these gaps, GrowthSchool risked losing users to competitors and missing out on critical insights to improve retention and satisfaction.
